Why Did My Payment Fail?
If you’re having problems with your payment, we recommend checking the following:
- That your card supports this type of purchase.
- Sufficient funds are available for the transaction.
- There are no spending limits or expiration issues.
- The card supports the currency your making the transaction in.
- Your card number, CVC, and billing postal code are all correct.
- That 3D Secure is enabled if your card supports it.
If everything above is correct, try clearing your browser’s cache, making the purchase on a different browser, and disabling extensions or VPNs that may block the payment process.
