How do I enable Custom Images for my VPS?

When you order a new  Cloud VPS  or  Cloud VDS  you can choose Custom Images from the Image section on the configurator. If you have an existing service you can order it via the  Customer Control Panel .

What image formats are accepted?

Currently you can use .iso and .qcow2 images.

How do I upload Custom Images?

You can quickly upload your Custom Images in our easy to use Customer Control Panel or via the Contabo API.

How can I deploy an Instance with my Custom Image?

Once you have uploaded your Custom Image you can easily deploy your Cloud VPS or VPS using the reinstall interface in the  Customer Control Panel  or using the Contabo API.

You are welcome to use your own Windows license on a Dedicated Server. For VPS and VDS, you can choose to include a Windows Server license when placing your order.
