Terms & Conditions
- Credit can be claimed immediately after you place your order
- Your credit can only be claimed up to 30 days after provisioning of your server took place
- Your credit will be added to your account balance 14 days after provisioning takes place at the earliest
- Credit back equals a fixed amount depending on the chosen product, as described on the first screen when configuring your server
- Minimum 1-month service duration
- The credit can be used for new services, renewals, and extra Add-Ons only
- No cash withdrawals permitted
