How to Get Help at Contabo 

When you manage a server, fast and reliable support is everything. Whether you want to set up WordPress, configure SSH, customize your firewall, or get answers to billing questions, Contabo offers a bunch of ways to get the help you need. This overview walks you through all the support options available, so you always know where to turn. 

Start a Chat or Create a Support Ticket 

The fastest way to get help is through our live chat support. For more complex issues, you can submit a support ticket.  

Both options are available in your Customer Control Panel. Navigate to the Support tab and select Contact Us from the dropdown. You can then choose your preferred option to contact us. 

To Start a Chat  

Choose Chat with us to start your conversation. You’ll first chat with ContaBro, our virtual assistant. If ContaBro can’t assist you, you’ll be connected to a Customer Support agent. 

To Submit a Support Ticket 

Choose Submit a Ticket. From there, choose a topic such as Technical & Configuration or Billing and write a short description of your request. The support team will respond as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours. 

Use the Feedback Button 

On the right side of the Contabo Customer Control Panel, you will find a Feedback button. You can use it at any time to report bugs, suggest improvements, or share your experience with the interface. Every message is reviewed by the team, making it an easy way to contribute to ongoing improvements. 

Help Center and Blog Articles 

If you need answers right away, the Contabo Help Desk provides guides for common tasks such as setting up backups, managing DNS, reinstalling your operating system, and more.
