Why do I need to verify my purchase?
We are obligated by law to perform customer data verification for each customer.
Without your response to the verification request email there is a risk that we can’t set up the products you have ordered.
How do I verify my purchase?
If you received a verification request from us, you will need to follow the instructions in the email. You will likely be asked to provide the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- ZIP Code
- Country
- Telephone Number
- A scan of your passport, driving license, or national identity card
- A scan of your telephone, electricity, or any other utility bill as long as it contains your name and your address
If possible, please send all scans as an attachment to your email and keep in mind that we can open only jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, log, or txt files.
To get your purchase verified as quickly as possible, please respond directly to the email requesting additional verification with the requested information.
