Where do we need your help?

• Support the existing server capacities on the level of the operating system as well as in the area of the network and server hardware

• Realization of smooth and effective operation of our growing server farm

• Participation in the implementation of technical improvements

• Supporting our customers from all over the world in the context of 2nd and 3rd level support

• Technical processing of new orders and server startups

• Supporting our customers and employees in solving hardware and software problems

What are we looking for?

• You have good operating system knowledge in the area of Linux as well as basic knowledge in the area of Windows

• You have experience with server hardware and server software (such as virtualization solutions, Apache, MySQL)

• You have good knowledge of network technology, TCP/IP, switching and routing

• Basic knowledge in the areas of HTML, PHP, JavaScript

• Initiative, sense of responsibility and a strong will to find solutions to problems

• You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
