Support Shift Manager (m/f/d)

Where do we need your help?

  • Manage 5-10 customer care specialists during their shift while maintaining harmony providing effective guidance, and motivating team members to reach the team's goals

  • Work with the Head of Support on processes

  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding process and work together with HR

  • Lead by example, by being able to provide an excellent service on technical administrative, or commercial issues to customers from around the world via e-mail and telephone

  • work in 3 shifts (24/7) to comply with all duties

What are we looking for?

  • Proven work experience as a team coordinator or supervisor

  • Excellent English communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • High learning attitude and ability to understand new and complex processes quickly

  • Joy and patience in dealing with people

  • Good PC skills

  • Flexibility in terms of time and working place

  • Own initiative, responsibility, and distinct will to resolve problems
