Where do we need your help?

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process in Germany and in Czech Republic and US: from the selection of the right recruiting channel to applicant management and contract conclusion

• You take over the pre-selection of applications and conduct structured interviews

• Together with the hiring managers, you define the required job profiles and create the appropriate job advertisements on this basis

• You win new talents for Contabo by actively addressing them via social media channels

• You actively shape HR work at Contabo and further develop our HR processes and take on your own projects

Who are we looking for?

• You have successfully completed a business education or a degree, preferably in the HR field

• You have experience in recruiting for specialists and management positions, ideally in the tech sector

• You enjoy inspiring people and have experience in active sourcing and approaching talents

• Empathy, strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working are among your strengths.

• You have fluent German and good English skills
