HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Where do we need your help?
You will support and advise our employees on all HR-related topics
You will be responsible for all personnel administration tasks, including the maintenance of master data and personnel files, the preparation of contracts, certificates and the administration of our time recording system
You take over the preparation of payroll accounting for various companies
You organize the onboarding and offboarding processes
You are also responsible for the supervision of our trainees
You will support us in setting up and designing processes in the HR area and take over your own processes
Who are we looking for?
You have successfully completed a business education or a degree, preferably in the HR field
You have already gained some professional experience in the HR area
You have basic knowledge of German labor law, social security and income tax law
Empathy, strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working are among your strengths.
You have very good MS Office skills
You have fluent German and good English skills
