Where do we need your help?

  • Supporting our customers from all over the world as the first point of contact for all enquiries by telephone and our ticket system

  • Communicating with our customers in German and English

  • Supporting existing customers with administrative, commercial, technical, organisational and contractual problems and questions

  • Preparing offers and product advice for interested parties

  • Administration of customer data, service invoicing and customer payments

  • Interface and coordination function to other departments, e.g. to our 3rd level support

What are we looking for?

  • You have a completed apprenticeship, which is related to IT or Support

  • You have work experience with customer service

  • You bring good IT skills

  • You have joy and patience in dealing with people

  • You convince with your effective, precise communication in oral and written form

  • You have a high sense of responsibility

  • You bring the willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night and weekend shifts)

  • Your german and english skills are very good both written and spoken
