Customer Support (m/f/d)
Where do we need your help?
Supporting our customers from all over the world as the first point of contact for all enquiries by telephone and our ticket system
Communicating with our customers in German and English
Supporting existing customers with administrative, commercial, technical, organisational and contractual problems and questions
Preparing offers and product advice for interested parties
Administration of customer data, service invoicing and customer payments
Interface and coordination function to other departments, e.g. to our 3rd level support
What are we looking for?
You have a completed apprenticeship, which is related to IT or Support
You have work experience with customer service
You bring good IT skills
You have joy and patience in dealing with people
You convince with your effective, precise communication in oral and written form
You have a high sense of responsibility
You bring the willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night and weekend shifts)
Your german and english skills are very good both written and spoken
