Customer Support (m/f/d)
What will you be doing?
Supporting our customers from all over the world as the first point of contact for all enquiries by telephone and our ticket system
Communicating with our customers in English
Supporting existing customers with all questions relating to their Contabo account
Preparing offers and product advice for interested parties
Ensuring proper administration of customer data, service invoicing and customer payments
Communicate and cooperate with other departments such as our 3rd level support to ensure fastest possible solutions for our customers
What are we looking for?
You have work experience within an energetic contact centre environment
You bring good IT skills
You have joy and patience in dealing with people
You convince with your effective, precise communication in oral and written form
You have a high sense of responsibility
You bring the willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night and weekend shifts)
Your business english skills are very good both written and spoken
