Where do we need your help?

• You are responsible for the implementation of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting

• You take over the preparation and processing of payment transactions

• You take care of the booking of incoming and outgoing payments of all bank accounts

• You are responsible for the management of the asset accounting and the regular reconciliation of main and subsidiaries ledgers

• Your tasks also include the creation and release of provisions and accruals as well as other accrual postings

• You prepare the monthly advance sales tax return(s) as well as other statistical and other reports

• You will also assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• You will be involved in various cross-departmental projects

What are we looking for?

• You have successfully completed a commercial education or a degree, e.g. in the field of business administration

• You have several years of professional experience in accounting financial and accounting systems

• Ideally, you have completed further training as a financial accountant (m f d)

• You have a strong affinity for numbers and are able to work independently and in a solution-oriented way of working

• In addition, you have a quick perception, are able to work under pressure and your strengths include a high sense of responsibility and commitment

• You speak business fluent English and German, Japanese is an advantage
