Yes, it is possible to renew your subscription for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months in the Customer Control Panel with the steps below:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Login to the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the “Your services” page in the Control panel.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the “Manage” button next to the product that you would like to extend the subscription of.<\/li>\n
  4. Click “Renew for a longer period”. The following window should open:\n

    <\/li>\n

  5. Select either 3 months, 6 months or 12 months and then click the “OK”  button.<\/li>\n
  6. The window should update and ask you to confirm the payment. If you agree to the payment mentioned in this window select the option “Yes” and then click the “OK”  button.<\/li>\n
  7. The window should update and ask you check your balance\/check that your payment method has enough available funds. If you’re happy with the payment being deducted from your balance click “Yes” and then click the “OK” button.<\/li>\n
  8. Finally, click the “Submit” button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation that your subscription has been renewed.<\/p>\n

    Please note, it is not possible to extend your subscription beyond 18 months. <\/strong><\/p>\n
