I can’t login to my account with 2-factor authentication, what can I do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

There are two separate ways you can login to you Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u> account if you’re having issues with 2-factor authentication depending on whether you still have you 2-factor authentication recovery code.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If you have your 2-factor authentication recovery code:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you still have your recovery code you can login to the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u> in the following way:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u>.<\/li>\n
  2. Fill out the “Login” and “Password” fields as you would normally.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the blue “Login” button.<\/li>\n
  4. A new window should open asking for the “One-time password”. In the text box enter your recovery code.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the “Login” button.<\/li>\n
  6. You should be logged in and see this message:\n

  7. As mentioned in the message above you will need to re-activate 2-factor authentication again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you don’t have your 2-factor authentication recovery code:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    You will need to contact the customer support team. <\/p>\n
