If not, please try to reboot your server using your <a href=\"https:\/\/my.contabo.com\/account\/login\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><u>.<\/u>&nbsp;If you&#8217;re not sure how to restart your server you can follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.contabo.com\/en\/support\/solutions\/articles\/103000270047-how-can-i-restart-my-server-\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><u>guide here<\/u><\/a>.<u><br \/><\/u><\/li>\n<li>If you use a VPS or VDS, you can also connect to your server through VNC to check the server and firewall settings.
