Why can’t I Iog in to the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

There are a few things that could be preventing you from logging in to the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u>. Below you can find a couple of things to check.<\/p>\n

How do I reset the password to the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The first thing to try is to reset your password to the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/strong> which you can do with the below steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u> page <\/li>\n
  2. Click the link that says “Please click here if you forgot your password or your login.”<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the E-Mail address associated with your Contabo account in the “E-Mail” field.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the verification code shown in the image into the “Code” field.<\/li>\n
  5. Click “Send login information”.<\/li>\n
  6. You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Try logging in with the new password to see if that lets you log in to the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n

    If I have not not paid will I still be able to access the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    No, if you have not paid for your Contabo products your access to the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u> will be terminated.<\/strong> You would need to create a new Contabo account with subscriptions to new products which you will then be able to access via the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n
