How can I order a new product as an existing customer?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As an existing user, you can use the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a> to place additional orders for new services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To do order a new product as an existing customer, use the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/u> then, click on the product you wish to purchase in the “New Order” section on the left hand side of the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You will then be redirected to the Contabo website where you can select the products you wish to purchase and complete the order process in just a few quick steps. <\/p>\n

All the necessary information regarding your existing account will be pre-populated by our system.<\/p>\n

Limits to ordering new products:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

By default, each account has a limit of 75 VPS, 20 VDS, and 10 Dedicated Servers. You can request to increase your account limit by contacting customer support.<\/strong><\/p>\n
