Where can I find my invoices?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You can find your invoices in the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a><\/strong>, this way you can see if you have any outstanding invoices you need to pay or find your old invoices. <\/p>\n

How do find my invoices?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Open the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Billing” from the blue “control panel” section on the left hand side of the page.<\/li>\n
  3. Here you should find your current balance and a list of your previous invoices listed below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When are invoices sent by Contabo?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    At the beginning of each month<\/strong>, Contabo creates your monthly invoice.<\/p>\n

    How do I change my invoice address?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Open the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on “Customer details” in the blue “control panel” section on the left hand side of the page.<\/li>\n
    3. Scroll down to the “Invoice address” text box.<\/li>\n
    4. In the text box, enter the new invoice address along with your name or company name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Once you have set up a new billing address, it will be used for all future invoices and will override the customer details you originally used to purchase a Contabo product.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
