What is the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a> is your interface for interacting with your Contabo products, ordering new products and managing your Contabo account and billing details.<\/p>\n

How do I access the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

To access the Customer Control Panel go to <\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/u>https:\/\/my.contabo.com<\/u><\/a><\/u><\/a><\/u><\/a><\/u><\/strong> and log in with the login details sent to you in the “Your login data!<\/em>” email when you first ordered a Contabo product. <\/p>\n

For security reasons,<\/strong> we advise you to change your password immediately after your first login, which you can do on the Customer details page<\/u><\/a>. To better protect your account, don’t forget to set-up 2-factor authentication on the same page. You can follow our guide on how to setup 2-factor authentication here<\/a><\/strong><\/u>.<\/p>\n

Once you have setup your basic credentials on the Customer details page<\/u><\/a><\/u>, take your time to get familiar with the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please note<\/strong> that the Customer Control Panel<\/u><\/a> is only available to users with active subscriptions.<\/p>\n

How do I control my server with the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You can control your server by using VDS control<\/a><\/u>, VPS control<\/u><\/a> or Server control<\/u><\/a> depending on the product you have purchased. These pages allow you to perform key actions to control your server, such as starting or stopping your servers, starting a rescue system or creating a snapshot (VPS only).<\/p>\n

How do I find my billing and payment details on the Customer Control Panel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
Billing and payment details on the Billing page here<\/u><\/a><\/u>. The billing page<\/u><\/a> allows you to view your payment history, current balance and your invoices. <\/figure>\n
You can also access the Payment Method page here<\/u><\/a><\/u> to manage your payment method or top up your balance.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

I can’t login to the Customer Contol Panel, what do I do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
