I can’t login to my account with 2-factor authentication, what can I do?
There are two separate ways you can login to you Customer Control Panel account if you’re having issues with 2-factor authentication depending on whether you still have you 2-factor authentication recovery code.
If you have your 2-factor authentication recovery code:
If you still have your recovery code you can login to the Customer Control Panel in the following way:
- Open the Customer Control Panel.
- Fill out the “Login” and “Password” fields as you would normally.
- Click the blue “Login” button.
- A new window should open asking for the “One-time password”. In the text box enter your recovery code.
- Click the “Login” button.
- You should be logged in and see this message:
- As mentioned in the message above you will need to re-activate 2-factor authentication again.
If you don’t have your 2-factor authentication recovery code:
You will need to contact the customer support team.
